This study is to investigate the effect of workplace environment’s factors which consist of job aid, supervisor support and physical workplace environment towards employees’ performance. Method in this study is through the survey method which 139 number of questionnaires had been collected at three main workplaces of Manufacturing Company. Based on the output result, it shows that there is only one variable which is the supervisor support that is not significant towards the employees’ performance. Meanwhile, the other two variables which are job aid and physical workplace environment are having a significant relationship towards the employees’ performance. By having this study, there are some limitations that occur in order to further this study. Some of the limitations effect the elaboration of points in this research study.
