Title

SINGLE- PHOTON NONLINEAR PHENOMENA WITH SEMICONDUCTOR QUANTUM DOT IN A CAVITY

Abstract

In this Paper, we have explored the attainability of two low-photon-numbers nonlinear of a single quantum dot (QD) which is coupled to a photonic crystals cavity. And the dipole instigated reflection (DIR) which is the nearest of a single photon, change the transmission of the second photon.
