Title

Electrical Transport Properties And Noise in Amorphous Semiconductor

Abstract

The electrical transport properties of amorphous materials are given in the literature since several decades. Several problems are related with the band gapes, mobility edges and band structure of the amorphous semiconductor. The spontaneous fluctuation in the current or voltage across a circuit or sample give a source of noise in amorphous semiconductor.
