Abstract: Life Insurance Corporation of India is a service sector. LIC is a tremendous Insurance company in India. The Insurance industry was established in 1956. LIC of India with a assessment to escalate the communication of life insurance to rustic areas. In a numerical order have to support policyholders(or)consumers kinship, life insurance sectors will be provided genuine services whatever and whenever it is necessitate. Now a day’s customer relationship management is the single metamorphosis in customer’s favor. In other words insurance coverage is for under the international coverage is for under the international standards. However, there is on substantial growth and development of insurance sectors in India. At present Indian insurance is a thrive industry with several national and international players. The use of new scattering techniques and the IT gadget has increased the latitude of the industry in the longer run. The Policyholders attitude has changed day by day due to their status .This study is focused only in Virudhunagar District.
