In this article here I want to tell about that the womens ‘s right under dowary prohibition act 1961. In this context it is necessary to understand the extent of dowary related violence and the resultant efforts made by the suffers to stop control or violence . In this article also talks about some related sections that are related to women’s as per some Indian laws there are some related sections like sec 304B , SEC 498A of I.P.C. 1860. Here some related parts which I am going to include in this article like – dowary ,women’s right, status ,education and some related case laws.
