In 21th century NGOs have become extremely important in welfare sector. For the comprehensive development of the society NGOs are doing a laudable work in India . Unfortunately the smooth function of non governmental organization is hindered by various factors like bribe, lack of cooperation, ambiguous government policies and many more. To nullify the factors, we need comprehensive initiatives. All the stake holders should work hand in hand to quash the adverse effects. It is extremely important to work cohesively and march ahead for the betterment .A thriving nation like India and only yield success by abandoning the perennial adverse issues .
