Problem in the Quality of Education in India

Abstract

In India, the task of education is immense but Indian education system is going though many problems. India has been copying western educational models that were designed to meet the educational needs of only small and homogeneous population base. There is no proven educational model on this planet that can meet India’s vast educational requirements. This paper is an attempt to look into the problems being faced by Indian education system.
