Title

consumer perception towards online shopping ( with special reference to Kokrajhar district)

Abstract

Internet is changing the way consumers shop and buy goods and services and has rapidly evolved a global phenomenon.Many companies have started using the internet with aim of cutting marketing cost ,thereby reducing the price of their products and services in order to stay ahead in highly competitive markets. From the overview of the internet and internet shopping development the E-commerce is being use in many corporations due to the dramatic development of techonology and competitive advantage of web selling. Moreover the expansion of the usage by individuals also became main contributors to the development of Internet shopping and impact on consumer behaviour and perception. The previous study are more focused on maker’s point of view such as how to established a more efficient marketing channel.Therefore this research will combine with previous study from literature review and focus on the impact of the internet shopping on consumer behaviour find out a comprehensive analytical framework which will satisfy the consumer’s need and a deep understanding of online consumer behaviour and perception in Kokrajhar district.
