Title

To Study the Impact of Organization Work Culture on Employee Job Satisfaction: Case Study of PNB

Abstract

Abstract: The rapid changing business environment in different industries with regards to organization work culture specifically in the field of banking jobs. Work culture treated as a source of competitive advantage in banking industry. Many scholars have written about the topic of organization workon employee’s job satisfaction in different industries but some lack behinds are still present to understand on how work culture is fruitful for employee’s job satisfaction. Using a case study method, this paper derived from quantitative data from Punjab national Bank. A review of literature discussed about the impact of organization culture on the job satisfaction. The aim is to study the impact of work culture in PNB bank.The banks havehigh work pressure on employees. There are number of task in which they remain involved round the year the same is the case with the banks operating in PNB bank. The common observation in PNB bank is the level of stress of the employees is very high. this was also found that the employees within the bank were not motivated enough, to perform better due to lack of healthy working environment, rewarding system, communication, supervisory supportive culture. These are the reason to select this particular bank.
