Title

Urolithiasis: Formation and its In Vitro Analysis

Abstract

Amongst most of urinary tract infections, kidney stones are third most urinary tract issue faced by the population.It may cause severe paining and urinary tract blockage.The study is aimed to understand the formation of kidney stones and their evaluation to be done by using analytical procedures. Urolithiasis is nothing but a condition caused due to formation of urinary calculi anywhere but mainly in ureter, bladder, kidney.The study is based on crystal formation (e.g. Calcium oxalate, cysteine stones etc.) basedon model of turbidity by means of spectrophotometer.Addition of promoters and inhibitors with various concentrations helps us to understand the percent amount of inhibition.Thus this review gives you compiled data on pathogenesis, etiology and evaluation methods of kidney stone.
