This study has been undertaken at a large Retail Company in Bangalore to identify the factors which are causing intention to leave among the employees. The paper has identified four major factors which are responsible for intention to leave which are Work Environment, Compensation & Benefits, Relationships with superiors, subordinates and peers and Career Growth. Quantitative methods were used to collect data with a questionnaire administered to 91 respondents. Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) test was used to test the differences between the means. Factor analysis test was run to explain the correlations among multiple outcomes as a result of one or more underlying factors. The results suggested that Compensation & Benefits and Career Growth are the major factors which are affecting intention to leave.
