Title

Artificial Intelligence: A Tool for Talent Management

Abstract

Abstract Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become a common place of common people in the western world. AI being a simulation of human intelligence as well as the capabilities has taken up certain roles in the process of Talent Management (T.M). The progression towards digitalisation in the work place especially in the area of recruitment and selection, AI renders a techno scientific assistance with the help of its tools. The tools presently being used are Restless Bandit system, Beamery, Hired Score, Swoop Talent, Entelo, mRoads, Textio, Hire Abby, Randrr etc. AI shines in the T.M domain and it provides human centered AI to personalize the leadership development experiences for managers.AI being human cantered approach there is no need for apprehension about replacing human job, rather it could be an aid in accomplishing the organisation vision and mission. There are partnership framework for many of the cross industry applications. Use of AI in TM process could free up valuable time for the recruiter to focus on other urgent and important value added tasks
