Now-a-days health problems like cardiac failure, lung failures and heart related diseases are arising day by day at a very high rate. Due to these problems time to time health monitoring is very essential. A modern concept is health monitoring of a patient wireless. It is a major development in medical arena. This paper based on the monitoring of the patient that is done by the doctor continuously without visiting the patient. Wireless System is used to transmit the measured data from the remote location. The Heartbeat sensor counts the heartbeat for specific interval of time and estimates the Beats per Minute while the temperature sensor measures the temperature and both the data are sent to the micro-controller for transmission to receiving end. Finally, the data are displayed at the receiving end. This system could be made available at reasonable cost with great effect. Overall, we are introducing such type of design which can monitor health condition and analyze the parameter and give an alert if something going wrong and we can transmit data automatically.
