Title

A Critical Path Method using new approach

Abstract

In the planning and scheduling phase of any complex project, it is required to find the total duration of the project. Whenever there is vagueness about the time duration of activities in network, fuzzy PERT and CPM techniques can be useful. We have used Triangular fuzzy numbers for representing activity times. The conditions are given to determine the critical path in the general network. Numerical examples are also discussed
