The purpose of the Department Management System is to automate the existing manual system by the help of computerized equipment, fulfilling their requirements, so that their valuable data/information can be stored for a longer period with easy accessing and manipulation of the same [1]. The required software and hardware are easily available and easy to work with. Department Management System, as described above, can lead to error free, secure, reliable and fast management system [2]. It will help the user to retrieve data and use the data for important purposes. The fetching of data will be fast and thus time will be saved.
