Mixed concrete technology is currently developing rapidly, many other added material application technologies to produce concrete with the desired characteristics. One way to improve the quality of the concrete mix is to use the add the material, either a chemical such as entraining admixture, reducing water in the form of synthetic or organic. Addition of bio-enzyme to five concrete mixture that will be compared with normal concrete in order to know the optimum level of bio-enzyme in concrete to increase the strength of the concrete. In present study Concrete mix M20 will prepared with bio-enzyme 500ml/m^3, 550ml/m^3, 600ml/m^3, 650ml/m^3, 700ml/m^3 and Compression test, Workability test will be carried out. An analysis will be carried out by comparison of the test results.
