Abstract
-: The purpose of this paper is to investigate the negative effects of Non-responsiveness of Hotel staff, its impact on MICE business and the role of information sharing by the hotel staff to the customers visiting the Hotels of Mumbai and Pune.
Many hotels today are losing their business due to improper MICE handling procedures. This paper tries to showcase the importance of proper customer responsiveness by the hotel staff and how non-responsiveness by the hotels staff is affecting MICE business
