Title

A Study On Quality Of Customer Services Rendered By Direct Marketers In Chennai

Abstract

The study on quality of services rendered by direct marketers in the chennai, the article is contained all the information about the marketing of goods and services in directly to the customers. The marketing people think about, how to promote the goods and services from the hands of producer to the customers’ hands. The purchasing habit is differ from customers to customers on the basis of taking his own risk, so most of the people ready o purchase a product from online method. But the same time maximum number of people is eagerly waiting for their purchasing from on shop method. So this study is analysed the people are purchased a goods and services from on shop method.Initially, a pilot study was conducted among few respondents and changes were brought in the questionnaire. Analysis and Interpretation is done using Chi-square method. It was found out that people gives his opinion about the service quality is for sustainable development of direct marketing are from the personal thoughts. Based on the findings, appropriate suggestions have been made for increasing the number of customers.
