Purpose – The purpose of the study is to highlight the benefits and drawbacks of recruitment and electronic recruitment in today’s scenario. Design/methodology –For the present study a conceptual framework will be developed and the conclusions will be drawn on the basis of review. Findings – The results from the conceptual analysis indicates that Electronic Recruitment has made the job much easier for both the companies and the job seekers. E-recruitment is the present and the future of recruitment.
