Generally, for travelling people such as marketing executives, field officers, service engineers their work is in different locations or places. They must visit different places to do their work. In this case, every person must remember their task in different locations. The field person must remember the task exactly, if she or he forgets the task there is no of use of visiting in that place. This proposed application is going to develop to overcome this problem. It is user-friendly application, where the user can set locations along with task in that place. This application allows to enter place-name and task in a text box which was provided by a submit button. Once the user is travelling with this app in their mobile, this application runs in back ground by recognizing the place with GPS Google maps with help of longitude and latitude. Once the user reaches the place, this give an alert notification to the user. In this alert notification there will be a text that displays the user's task, by seeing this the user can recollect their task and they can finish off the work. This application also consists of admin module by which an administrator can directly add task to an executive by that he or she gets notification when he reaches that place. And the user can know the next place that he must go from this app.
