Effects Of Contract Management On Contractor`s Profit

Abstract

: The Aim of this study is to establish the effects of contract management on contractor’s profit .Contract Management or Contract Administration is the management of contracts made with vendors, customers, partners or employees. In other words Contract management can be summerised as the process of systematically and efficiently managing contract creation, execution and analysis for the purpose of maximizing financial and operational performance and minimizing risk. To identify the positive effects of contract management on contractor’s profit. It has been seen from the past studies that the contract management process is very effective in monitoring contractor’s performance.
