We gift an image retrieval system supported a combined search of text and content. But it has been going complex to retrieve the image from text. We have so many applications concerning the content based copy retrieval. In this project the idea is to use the text gift in title, explanation, and tags of the photographs for improving the results obtained with a customary text-based search. The system retrieves similar pictures from the gathering, and a complicated search designed for skilled users, wherever the space functions and weights are often bespoken. Now we are using one of the most vital algorithm train a data that is Neural Network algorithm. Finally we get the data (images) based on the text which we given
