Title

MOLECULAR DOCKING INVESTIGATION OF HYDROPHOBIC, HYDROPHILIC GROUPS OF DERIVATIVE OF VANILLIN

Abstract

A novel drug 4,4’-(((((ethane-1,2-diylbis (azanylylidene)) bis (ethan-1-yl-1-ylidene)) bis (4,1 phenylene)) bis (azanylylidene)) bis (methanylylidene)) bis (2-methoxyphenol) incur by the condensation of p-bromoacetopheone with vanillin and ethylenediamine and physical structure confirms by the spectral analysis are ultraviolet, Fourier-Transform InfraRed and proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum. The novel drug undergoes molecular docking in the computational modelling. The goal of molecular docking is the prediction of the biological activities and how to dock with referred protein residues to find various interactions between drug and protein residues, pKa values, secondary structures and accessibilities.

Key Words

Hydrophobicity, vanillin, hydrophobicity, p-bromoacetophenone and molecular docking.
