Whenever we talk about International law and International organization there are several flaws which came across all the time. It is in truth strange to find that International governing body fails miserably at making a mark even after providing specific criteria to deal with and they are unable to deal with problem arises there. Laws and rules regulations are major contributors to bind all the aspects of society. With its dynamic nature it is easy for them to change according to the needs of society. In spite of this benefit it is not working as it ought to be.
