Two New series of benzimidazole endowed with oxadiazole were designed and synthesized from substituted o- phenylene diamine with the aim to acquire selective cyclin dependent kinase inhibitors. All the synthesized compounds were screened for in vitro cytotoxic studies against four human cancer cell lines included breast cancer cells (MCF-7) human colorectal (HCT116) cell lines , lung cancer cell line (A549)and (HepG2) liver cancer cell lines by MTT assay method to determine its inhibitory potency. Docking study was performed to find the binding mode of ligands into the receptor binding sites of the CDK-2 enzyme
