Making and utilizing of a sustainable concrete has become an important requirement day by day. To reduce the environmental effect, several of supplementary cementing and pozzolonic materials are introduced and they are partial replacement of cement in the concrete. In this work I am using two materials namely marble powder and metakaolin as partially replacing with cement. This Project reports the results of fresh, hardened and durability properties of the concrete with partial replacement of marble powder and as well as metakaolin, at various percentages 5%,10%,15% and 20% at 28 days of curing ,tests to be performed and producing a good comparative results with these partial supplements in the mixture of concrete. Compressive as well as tensile strength of concrete made with marble dust and Metakaolin has been compared with conventional concrete of grade M25,M35 and M45. Durability of concrete was also analyzed with water absorption and sorptivity. Results shows that there is a gain of strength with addition of MDP and MK.The optimized strength value of concrete was achieved for both compressive as well as split tensile strength at 10% MK and 10% MDP.
