Human trafficking is a shameful offence. In our country human trafficking has become a proper planned crime. It has become a growing global problem. It is a good source of income for the human traffickers. Traffickers focus or target women/girls who are disproportionately affected by discrimination in society as well as their own family. Now children are taken to hell in form of trafficking. Human trafficking is a hidden crime. Poverty is one of the common causes of all types of trafficking. This situation affects a trafficked person not only in the physical sense but in the mental sense too. The government is concern about trafficking victims and taking serious steps to protect them. Every year millions of people are trafficked nationally or internationally. In India there are a lot of general factors like poverty, population ,lack of education, low valuation of girl child ,loss of traditional sources of livelihood ,modernization of Society , basic and big demands are one of the common reasons of human trafficking. These kind of basic problems are faced by basically developing countries. It depends on also the local public to be aware and protect themselves as well as others of being trafficked.
