A simple, rapid, selective, precise and more accurately RP-HPLC method has been developed for ESLICARBAZEPINE ACETATE. The chromatographic separation were achieved on a HPLC having column C8, 5µm (4.6 x 150 mm) having serial number USUTB01774 using a mobile phase of Acetonitrile – Tris (hydroxyl –methyl) amino methane solution (40:60 v/v) containing hydrochloric acid (HCL) to adjust PH-8, having flow rate 1ml/min with detection wavelength 240nm by injection volume of 20µl and entire separation was carried at room temperature. The method was validated as per ICH guidelines by determining its linearity, Accuracy, Precision, Robustness, specificity, limit of Quantification (LOQ) and limit of detection (LOD).
