On average upto 120 vehicles get stolen daily. This project interconnects information between public, police department linking with RTO to find out the stolen or missing vehicle information with a single automated sms and provide quality and fast service to the public using OCR. The same web-app can be used by general public before purchasing second hand vehicle by jut sending license & chassis number detail about vehicle can be known along with owner information. The concept of the system is to identify properly and locate the vehicle they are looking for. The automatic number plate recognition with OCR works by using the technology to capture the image and retrieving the license numbers on the plate. This paper aims to solve public problem having trouble with their vehicle.
