Abstract: This study is focusing on implementation of Lean Six Sigma in Indian SME’s. For growth of any country in industrial sector, SME’s has important role. In this paper, we provide a survey and study of applying Lean Six Sigma in small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Through review study. Investigative proofs for LSS implementation in SMEs were collected. To comprehend vision in what way organizations, interpret critical success factors into use and match with obstructing issues, extra information like qualitative data was collected from subordinate source. The study plans the subjects that were important to their achievements in implementing the idea. A research methodology includes of literature review, remarks of organization performances and individual meetings have been employed to reach to the conclusion.
