ABSTRACT E-banking is also known as Internet banking, online banking and virtual banking. Important feature of this system customer can transact from anywhere, anytime 24*7over the year, customer does not have to visit the branch every transaction, it saves him both time and money. E-banking is simply the use of electronic and telecommunication network for delivering various banking product and services .E-banking is eco-friendly system because this is cashless system and promoting save tree. This paper is seeking perception of e-banking among the customers of banks. Study is empirical and based on primary data which collected from Individual customers of e-banking. Primary Data was collected from Nainital and Haldwani city.
