-In our day to day life the IT industries is expanding widely and providing Solution to all field. The IT industries playing a vital role in all over the world .The world is going towards automation and work is becoming compact. Time is very important in this era and this project is focusing on reducing time and human work. This project work with image and convert into text in very effectively manner. Working with text is not an easy thing because its contains several graphical things and various other parts. We are going to focus on how to import text from images and again making the document into high quality. After extracting text perfoming several other useful actions. This paper divide into 5 parts and each part contains concise information. The first part defines tells you about current methods of data importing in system and difficulties. The second part tells about other methods of Extracting texts and ancient methods also. The third part explains us about methods that can be used with open source software to extract text from images. The second last part shows technical implementation with codes and results. In the last part paper explains about future implementation and future aspects that can be applied in future for better performance.
