Abstract: Koraput is one of the most backward districts of India located in southern part of Odisha State in India. It is basically a Tribal dominated area with very thin population depending mostly on agriculture. Education system in the entire Koraput Region is very poor in spite of the fact that Govt of Odisha has started a lot of new initiatives for improvement. IGNOU also joined hands with the Govt. and opened a regional centre and quite a few study centres. Through these study centres a number of vocational , professional and skilled development programmes are being offered through multi modal approach. Various support services are being provided to the learners for mastering Degrees and Diplomas . This study is an attempt to assess the learners satisfaction on the support services provided by Study Centres and regional Centre.
