Title

Effects of Hall current, Dufour, Radiation, Ohmic heating, transverse magnetic field, and heat source on heat and mass transfer past an infinite vertical porous plate in the presence of chemical reaction

Abstract

The present work analyses with the effect of Hall current, Dufour on steady MHD free convective flow of an incompressible, electrically conducting fluid over a vertical porous plate with Ohmic heating, radiation, transverse magnetic field and heat source in presence of chemical have been investigated. The governing non-dimensional partial differential equations are reduced into a set of coupled ordinary differential equations which are then solved numerically by using MATLAB solver tool. The outcome of various non-dimensional factors like Magnetic parameter (M), Prandtl number (Pr), Hall parameter (m), Porosity parameter (K), Schmidt number (Sc), Grashof number (Gr), Modified Grashof number (Gm), Dufour number (Du), Radiation parameter (F), Chemical reaction parameter (R) and Heat Source parameter (S) on velocity, temperature and concentration distributions are discussed with the help of numerical values and the figures.
