Hyderabad being the 5th largest city in the country and developing city there is a rapid increase in construction field. So, there is a need for multi storey buildings. So that for analysis and design of multi storey building, one requires concepts of structural engineering and also basic idea on theoretical and practical knowledge on planning and designing. In this project we mainly deal with analysis and design of multi storey building by using ETABS software,considering loads i.e., dead loads, imposed loads, wind loads and seismic loads. Hyderabad comes under zone II. Though there is no consideration of seismic loads in zone II we include it as we have taken G+20. Structures higher than G+5 are considered under seismic loading.
