Title

An RTI Act Implemetation Analysis: A Solution Approach to Defuse Cybercriminally Seditious Government of Telangana

Abstract

JNTUHJAC prevalent in the JNTUH academic environment since 2011, and Fake Government of Telangana(FGoT) prevalent in the Internet since 2011 are cybercriminal organizations and are collectively termed as Twin Big Data Cybercriminal Organizations (TBDCOs). TBDCOs abused right information in the Indian society and committed multiple cybercrimes against the Union of India. The cybercriminal impact is that the academic spirit got affected badly among the inmates of the JNTUH and the relevant crimes tend to affect badly the national amity, national spirit, national consciousness, national solidarity and national unity and integrity. We depended on Peoples’ Governance Forum (PGF) web devices to bring awareness to the public and generate opinion among public about these cybercrimes. Right information is deemed necessary for the study to take initiatives to undo the deleterious effects of FGoT and w.r.t. the awareness and the initiatives taken by the authorities to defuse FGoT. Therefore, we are motivated to utilize RTI Act 2005 to bring right information into the cybercrime society and transform it to Well-Informed Society and hence into a Progressive Society/Knowledge Society/Swachch Digital Society. We submitted RTI applications to 7 Public Information Offices(PIOs) in India and analyzed the response from these PIOs in order to provide solutions to these cybercrimes. We achieved impressive results from the implementation of RTI Act.
