To present gender remains the crosscutting issue in almost all aspects socio-economic, political and technological in Tanzania. The Government of Tanzania through its special Ministry of Community Development Gender and Children decided to take measures to address and solve gender related problems with concerns in its framed gender policy; National Strategy for Gender Development. But still number of gender issues and challenges are encountered presently such as gender violence, gender mainstreaming, and gender inequality.
