This paper describes re-formulation of any region based segmentation energy using a local natural framework.The contour based local segmentation is created using local image statistics.Furthermore quantitative analysis of the cellular images is the pre-requisite of cell segmentation.Segmenting cells depend on low level features like image gradient and image intensity.In automatic image analysis of histopathology segmentation is major problme.To acquire partition of cells with composite structure manipulate ridge measures for inceptive detection and reorganize active contour for contour evolution.
