The present study investigated the Locus of control among alcohol dependence and normal controls. Objective: To assess the levels of locus of control among individuals with Alcohol Dependence and normal controls. Method: Data collected from 60 individuals (30 alcohol dependence and 30 normal). Tools used Personal data questionnaire and Locus of control. Result: The result revealed that alcohol dependence had low internal and higher external locus of control than normal controls. Conclusion: Alcohol dependence had lower locus of control which effected their quality of life.
