On the World Wide Web, there are many different types of things you can do when you're looking. But, not all web surfers will find the information on the web useful. Also, retrieving data and documents for a specific person at a definite time is very significant (Agrawal R. & Srikant R., 2000). Web personalization is when relevant, customized, and specific information is made available to the right people at the right time and in the right way for them. Single users or groups of users can access and use data, information, knowledge, and especially services of web to make them more efficient, accurate, and productive. This helps with the following: Web service providers need to know how long and how often people use the Internet in order to figure out these things. We think this might be a good way to figure out how often people use the web at different times (Berendt B et al, 2001). This is a dissimilar way to keep track of variations and personalization’s made by users on the web. People who study these topics: data retrieval, semantic web personalization, web personalization, profiles of users, Personalized Search, Periodically Search Personalization.
