Since evolution and emergence of the world administration all countries and nations have been working diligently with an interest to ameliorate and develop the people’s social, economical and political status. This social status makes people to live in the dignity and decent life with aim to foster and nurture their life and family member’s life, for which every country has been making plethora of policies and law with an interest to strengthen their life, in this regard government and other policy making agency and body has been part of the this public administration system and functions. Social justice has been purely protected and secured by the effective and intellectual public authorities in day by day life of the social settings. An ultimately people’s needs and necessities are arranged by the government of India ,actually it is distributed in the society equally and even by the public authority of Indian government ,in this aspects government of India has established many recognised authorities and officers regarding to distributing and allotting public utilities and articles evenly and equally. Constitution of Indian government has recognised and authorised public administration to serve to public with full fledged service and aspects, this system brings and gives comprehensively all facilities which are sanctioned by the government of India. from centre to state powers, rights and privileges have been provided to the people without any drawbacks and defects ,this styles and functions are making the people to love and show patriotism on India. Basically India stands and functions with secular and welfare state identity herby it is able to manifest and reveal itself as its welfare state, means serving to people and protecting them from all types of crisis and pathetic situation. In this constitutional ideologies commercialism and lucrative business would be absent with an aim to save the golden philosophy of welfare state and democracy image. Justice is not meant punishing culprits and wrong doers but it is meant toward make avail and distributing all types of governments welfare programmes and other articles with an interest to keep people at sophisticated ways. Despite many people and religion had been living in the social system whose rights must be protected and saved by the public distribution authorities without any bias and partiality, this system must be functioning toward attracting and satisfying the multifarious people’s needs and necessities, it will make positive impact at the each one’s heart of the public toward choosing and selecting the right candidates for rule their country. Justice must be available in economical and social and political as all people are able to harvest and attain their benefits rapidly and quickly without any hurdles and panic .All categories and types of the enacted and implemented public policies must be rationally and logically distributed to all peoples and sections without any merit and demerits connotations ,since government of India has been following welfare state policy its image ,administrative styles and policy making has been protected properly by the public administration wing. This wing has been functioning and running properly with an interest to save and serve to the people without any vested and neglecting interest
