Cloud computing system is a hot topic of research because of virtualization of various computing services without bearing in mind the geographical area. Due to increasing of load over cloud datacenters, it is important to analyze it and balance that load. The scientists are working to reduce the makespan and cost of scheduling algorithm, so that the services could be researched to every corner of the world. For independent tasks scheduling, various algorithm have been introduced in the past. Various static scheduling algorithms used in this research are Round-Robin, Min-Min and Max-Min algorithms. To measure the performance of these algorithms three scenarios have been designed which are composed of 500, 800, and 1300 independent tasks. We have created a heterogeneous environment in the CloudSim 3.0 and simulated this research. The Max-Min algorithm outperformed Min-Min and Round-Robin algorithms considering the performance parameters as makespan and cost.
