The present study aimed to find the work orientation of primary school teachers with gender, age, and teaching experience. Objectives of The Study: To study the impact of the following variables - gender, age, and teaching experience on the work orientation of primary school teachers. The current study was conducted using a descriptive survey approach. Sample: The researcher selected 230 primary school teachers from 50 schools in the Krishna district of Andhra Pradesh using a basic random sampling technique. Work-Orientation Inventory was developed by Indiresan (1986). Its reliability was determined using the test-retest methodology. The coefficient of correlation was found to be 0.78, indicating a high level of test reliability. The twenty-four items in the WOI are divided into twelve items each that are meant to assess achievement orientation and affiliation orientation. The following Statistical Techniques such as Mean, SD, CR, and ANOVA were used to analyze the data in this investigation. Findings showed that primary school teachers' achievement and affiliation orientations as well as their overall work orientation are unaffected significantly by their gender, age, and teaching experience.
