Abstract
The terminology quality is here identified with adequacy to be used, i.e. products should satisfy the requirements of users. In quality control, we are always con- fronted with the project’s quality versus the conformity’s quality. It is with this second type of quality that we deal in the area of statistical quality control (SQC). The main objectif of SQC is to achieve a guarantee of quality in production and service organizations, through the use of adequate statistical techniques.
