Fatalities and injuries resulting from road accidents are a major and growing public health problem in India. The complex flow pattern of vehicular traffic along with pedestrians, traffic accidents lead to loss of life and property. The aim of zero causality is although difficult but with the latest technologies and advancement in the field, it is possible to reduce the same. The proposed system ensures the emergency facilities to the victims, as expeditiously as possible by letting hospitals or a rescue team to discern the accident spot with the help of the module (GPS+GSM) embedded in the vehicle. Since, they are aware of the location already; immediate medical assistance can be provided, reducing the medical risk.
