Kashmir has been witnessing a chronic socio-political unrest for nearly three decades now. The Ongoing conflict has not only hampered the physical structure of the Kashmir’s society but has also disrupted its social structure (creating social, economic and psychological problems). Kashmir has witnessed the worst possible conflict effects so far; including the enormous effects on the youth of Kashmir’s society. This paper highlights as to what extent the conflict has affected the well-being of Kashmiri youth, as to what extent has conflict affected the employment probabilities of the Kashmiri youth. And also what affect has violation of fundamental rights had on Kashmiri youth
