Title

Green synthesis, characterisation and antimicrobial effect on Ag doped Fe2O3 nanomaterial

Abstract

Synthesis and characterisation of silver doped Fe2O3 nanoparticles using leaf extract of Amaranthus leaf and estimation of antimicrobial activity. Green advanced has been utilized for the synthesis of silver doped Fe2O3 nanoparticles plant extract has been prepared which was the utilized for the synthesis of silver doped Fe2O3 nanoparticles. Estimation for the synthesis of nanoparticles were done using UV-Visible spectroscopy, Energy Dispersive X ray Analysis (EDAX) ,scanning electronic microscopy (SEM).Antimicrobial and antifungal activity of silver doped Fe2O3 nanoparticles prepared by using aqueous extracted was investigated using disc diffusion method. Antimicrobial activity of silver doped Fe2O3 nanoparticles showed that the nanoparticles have better and antimicrobial activity when experiments were performed under similar conditions.
