Title

Lead time reduction and increasing production in winding area using Kaizen and VSM: A Review

Abstract

Nowadays, life continuous improvement for any organization as well employees performance and their attitude. ‘Kaizen’ is a continuous improvement process ‘kai’ means continuous and ‘zen’ means improvement. By the help of value stream mapping in this we reduce the time and waste also. We study the time and seven wastes.
