Survey on Wi-Fi security in 2019
Abstract
With the world going completely dependent on the internet and going online you see these Wi-Fi connections turning up everywhere you go. But when it comes to Wi-Fi security people are clueless even about the basics. The notion of Wi-Fi security for even the most advanced users in our country starts and ends with putting a password to the Wi-Fi. There are numerous tools like Kali Linux, Wi-Fi pineapple, External USB antennae’s, Fluxion etc. which could cripple any Wi-Fi networks security. Attacks like MITM, KRACK, Sniffing, Session and cookie stealing, MAC-SPOOFING and denial of service (DOS) exist which can be executed by anyone with a phone or any other similar device
