Abstract
Recent advances in wireless technology leads to WBAN which promises inconspicuous ambulatory health observing for an elongated period of time and afford real-time apprises of the patient’s position to the doctor. The leakage of privacy is one of the main issues in WBAN. Authentication is the primary step towards security. Enhanced authentication scheme inhibits the networks from pretenders and annoying users meritoriously. This paper proposes a trust based authentication protocol and its simulation result demonstrates that they outperform the existing systems in terms of improved trade-off between anticipated security possessions and computational complication.
